Before ordering, we will determine if you will be purchasing from
one of our dealers or directly from Hile Studio. We do not sell
directly to customers who have an authorized dealer in their area. Please
use the dealer location section of the web site to help you with this
decision.
SHIPPING AND STORAGE
Shipping will be arranged for the client by Hile Studio using the most careful,
efficient and cost saving method. Furniture is shipped blanket wrapped and
fully insured. Crating will be used in certain situations when a general
commodity shipper is requested. The cost of shipping is included in the Hile
Studio invoice. Furniture will be shipped to the client as soon as the order
is completed. Storage of an order is not available from Hile Studio but can
be arranged with the shipper. The cost of storage will be invoiced to the
client. A delivery confirmation will be mailed or faxed to the client.
The confirmation will include the name, contact person of the freight company
and a pro# for reference. The client should contact the freight company directly
to check on status of delivery. In the unlikely event damage should
occur during shipping, claims would not be accepted unless damage is noted
on the delivery paperwork. Inspect your pieces carefully while the driver
is still present. Please contact Hile Studio as soon as possible.
When your order has been confirmed, we will give you an estimated date of completion
or ship date. This is an estimate and not a promise. Our goal is to ensure
the quality expected from Hile Studio. Occasionally, unexpected delays may
occur. Please be assured that completing orders in a timely fashion
is also a priority. We will contact you closer to your date as to the scheduled
date of completion.
The Craftsmen at Hile Studio, Inc. stand firmly behind every piece
of our furniture. You will find that each piece proudly bears
our name and is a brand to our continued commitment to high quality
and beautiful design.
Therefore, Hile Studio Inc. will guarantee each piece of furniture
for the lifetime of the original owner.
This guarantee states that if there is a defect due to craftsmanship
or material used, we will be happy to replace or repair the piece,
as we deem appropriate. This guarantee excludes defects caused by normal
wear to materials, misuse of the furniture or failure to follow the
care instructions provided.
Additionally, working parts such as drawer slides, locking hardware
and clock movements are guaranteed for five years under normal use
by the original owner.
This guarantee does not include shipping damage.
